At Possibo, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We collect only the data absolutely necessary to provide, secure, and improve our AI trading terminal services.

Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Email addresses and securely hashed passwords used for authentication.
• Session & Device Data: IP addresses, browser types, and hardware fingerprints to enforce our Anti-Account-Sharing protocols and detect unauthorized bot access.
• Blockchain Wallet Addresses: If you subscribe via cryptocurrency, we record the public wallet address used to broadcast the transaction to verify your payment status on-chain.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for operational purposes:

• To grant you access to your subscription tier and personalized dashboard.
• To email you account recovery codes, security alerts, and critical system updates.
• To enforce our security policies (e.g., banning automated scrapers or shared accounts).

2. Data Security & Storage

We deploy robust security architectures to protect your information:

• Passwords are cryptographically hashed; we cannot see or retrieve your plaintext password.
• All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS/SSL.
• We do not store your private keys or manage your crypto assets. All payments are executed non-custodially via your personal Web3 wallet.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

3. Third-Party Services & Cookies

We may use third-party tools to monitor site performance and combat spam:

• Analytics: We use minimal analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregated traffic patterns, which helps us scale our infrastructure.
• Cookies: Possibo uses session cookies and local storage tokens (JWTs) exclusively to keep you logged in and persist your custom workspace layout preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third-party data brokers, marketers, or advertisers.

4. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You maintain control over your personal data. You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you or request its deletion. If you wish to purge your account and delete all associated data from our servers, you may submit a request via our Support module.

Note: Deleting your account will immediately terminate your active subscription, and no refunds will be issued for remaining time.
